• What meeting rooms are available?

  Hotel Maastricht-Maas features two multifunctional rooms and two stylish boardrooms. These spaces vary in size and are suitable for meetings of all sizes. Available rooms: Lima, Rio 1, Rio 2, Santiago, and Bogotá.

• What are the seating capacities for each room in a theater layout?

  The capacity in theater-style seating varies by room: the Lima is the largest room and can accommodate approximately 85 people in theater-style seating. Other meeting rooms, such as Rio 1 and Rio 2, have approximately 40 seats in theater-style seating.

• What are the capacities per room in a U-shape?

  In a U-shaped layout the rooms offer various options. The Lima can accommodate around 34 people in a U-shape. The combination of Rio 1 and Rio 2 also accommodates approximately 34 people. For exact U-shaped capacities per room, please contact our sales department.

• What are the capacities per room in a boardroom layout?

  The Santiago and Bogotá offer fixed boardroom layouts for up to 10 people. We’d be happy to discuss the options for the larger spaces with you.

• What audiovisual equipment (AV inventory) is available as standard in the rooms?

  Each room features an LCD screen and free Wi-Fi.

• What are the rates for the meeting packages?

  1/3 daypart excluding lunch €22,50 per person
  1/3 daypart including lunch €44,00 per person
  2/3 daypart including lunch €45,00 per person

• Is the room rental included in a meeting package?

  No, the room rental is not included in the meeting package.

• What is included as standard in the meeting packages?

  The meeting package includes:

  • Unlimited coffee and tea in the business lounge
  • Unlimited soft drinks and (sparkling) water
  • Assorted snacks
  • Lunchbuffet in the buffetrestaurant (12:00–14:00) – Included in the half-day and full-day meeting packages
• What catering options are available?
  • Extensive breakfast buffet in our restaurant
  • Lunch served in our restaurant as a lunch buffet
  • In the evening, we serve a 3-course menu with a choice of dishes in our restaurant. If you’d prefer more extensive options, we’d be happy to discuss the possibilities.
• What kinds of breakout snacks are available for business meetings?

  During the meeting items such as fruit, granola bars, nuts, salty snacks, chocolates, cookies and peppermints will be available.

• Are there any special dietary requirements or allergies to accommodate such as halal, kosher or nut-free?

  In consultation with our kitchen staff we'll take dietary preferences and allergies into account.

• How can guests request a copy of their invoice after check-out?

  After check-out, guests can easily request their invoice by email.

• How can guests request a VAT breakdown after checkout?

  After check-out, guests can easily request a pro forma invoice or VAT statement via email.

• When is a reservation considered a group reservation (number of rooms)?

  A reservation is considered a group booking if it includes more than 10 hotel rooms.
